2. Ordering & Payment

 • Payment is made via bank transfer after receiving our bank details.

 • Work begins only after payment is confirmed.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

 • Provide accurate information and content

 • Respond in a timely manner during the project

 • Ensure they have rights to any content they provide

 

Delays caused by missing content or communication may extend project timelines.

 

4. Revisions

Each package includes reasonable revisions related to the original scope. Major changes or new features may incur additional costs.

 

5. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, the final website is transferred to the client.

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

 • Business losses

 • Website downtime caused by hosting providers

 • Third-party software or plugins

 

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if terms are violated or communication breaks down.
